Product Description
GCI pre-connected optical cables are suitable for high-density application environments in data centers, and can provide 12/24/36/48/72/96/144 core fiber access capacity. The product supports rapid installation and movement. PET nets are used at both ends, which can effectively protect the optical cable and optical fiber connectors from damage during transportation and installation. The matching pull ring can assist on-site installation. Indoor pre-connected optical cables are strictly tested 100% before leaving the factory to ensure that the performance of the product reaches minimum attenuation. According to the on-site installation, there are two situations for pre-connected optical cables:
1. Both ends are MPO/MTP connectors (connector types are the same);
2. Fan-out optical cable: one end is MPO/MTP head, the other end is LC connector
Features
● MPO/MTP connector adopts 12-port standard push-pull locking;
● There are aramid reinforcing elements in the center of the pre-connected optical cable, which has excellent tensile and torsion resistance;
● Made of non-deformable IPD circular structure optical fiber;
● The outer diameter of the optical cable is significantly reduced, reducing the filling rate of the wire duct and reducing the design requirements for the size;
● Both ends of the MPO/MTP jumper are female, and the guide pin is reserved to ensure the matching accuracy of the fiber array
● The two ends of the jumper are equipped with pull nets and traction rings, which are suitable for rapid laying on standard pipes and bridges;
● Optical cable can choose different fire rating such as OFNR and LSZH
Note:
1. Without special instructions, GCI provides C-type MPO/MTP jumpers. According to customer requirements, A-type connections and B-type jumpers can be customized;
2. C-type MPO-MPO/MTP-MTP jumper, the adjacent pair of core positions cross, the position of the core 1 at one end is 2 at the other end; the position of the core 2 at the other end is 1 at the other end. One end of the flange on both ends faces up, and the other end faces down.
